You can check your call contract or phone bill to see whether your call plan includes 0870 calls. Or you can make a 10 second call to test number 0870 218 0627 and then see your online call records or check when you receive your bill.
Provided you have inclusive 0870 minutes, you can call any of our listed international destinations using this service, at no extra cost. The call cost is included in your call allowance.

First of all, check your call provider’s call plan terms, to make sure that your 0870 call minutes are inclusive.
Just dial the 0870 access number followed by the destination number and you will be connected instantly to your international destination number.
N.B. If your call plan does not include 0870 calls then your calls to 0870 numbers are charged at 13p/min plus your phone company’s access charge.
You certainly can! You can share the 0870 number with other family members who have qualifying call plans so that they too can enjoy free calls to your overseas contact.
Please check your call provider’s call plan details on your contract or phone bill to confirm that you have inclusive 0870 call minutes.
You must have the bill payer’s permission before using the service.
Calls may be made from your call plan inclusive 0870 minutes. If you do not have inclusive 0870 minutes in your call plan, calls are charged at 13p/min plus your phone company’s access charge.
Also, calls should be no more than 59 minutes long. If your call is a long one, simply hang up after 59 minutes and re-dial.
Do not exceed 1000 minutes per month or 150 calls per month as your provider may charge you if you exceed those limits.
