How to make a call
- To make your call:
- Dial 020 8497 8844 and when prompted enter 00 + country code + destination number and then press the # key on your phone.
- You are connected at our fantastic low call rates!
Alternatively, you can pay for your Prepaid phonecard by SMS text message
.Pay by text for a £5 or £10 phonecard. All you need to do is:
- Text CPC to 67400 to receive a £10 phonecard (extra £1 FREE CREDIT with £10 topup)
or
- Text CPC to 80077 to receive a £5 phonecard
You will receive a reply text with a PIN and access number details.
To use your call credit, dial 020 8497 8844 and when prompted enter 00 + country code + destination number and then press the # key on your phone.
If you are calling from the same mobile from which you sent your text message, your phone will be recognised by the system and you will not be asked to enter the PIN. Just dial the access number 0208 497 8844 followed by your Destination number in full including 00 and the country code.

- Once your initial phone card credit runs out you will be automatically topped up by a further £5. To opt out of the auto topup please text STOP to 80077.

Tricks for using your Mobile
To make your call from your mobile even easier, all you need to do is edit your international numbers to include the access number at the beginning, followed by a pause. This can be done easily depending on the brand of your mobile:

- ⇒ A 'p' should appear after * has been pressed 3 times: ie 02071246666 (*** will show a 'p')
Siemens/Panasonic Phones:
- ⇒ A '+' should appear after 0 has been pressed and held.
Motorola / Ericsson Phones / Sony:
- ⇒ A 'p' should appear after * has been pressed and held.
